Data Deletion Request
As required by Google Play policy, users can request deletion of their data at any time. You have two options:
Option A — In-App (Immediate)
Open the Filesflix app → Settings → Delete My Data. This immediately removes all locally stored data (favourites, downloads, search history, interest tracking, profile).
Option B — Server-Side (Via Email)
To request deletion of server-side analytics data associated with your Device ID, email [email protected] with subject line "Android Data Deletion Request". Include your approximate first-use date and device model to help us locate your data. We will process the request within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
