1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Filesflix, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to comply with them. If you are using the App on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Filesflix is a wallpaper discovery application that provides access to a curated library of HD and 4K wallpaper images served from our content server at filesflix.com. Features include:

• Browsing, searching, and discovering wallpaper images by category, trending, and popularity
• Downloading wallpapers to your device gallery
• Setting wallpapers directly as your home screen or lock screen background (Android only)
• Personalised "For You" feed based on your local usage patterns
• Favouriting and managing collections of wallpapers

The App is provided free of charge and requires an internet connection to function.

3. Google Play Additional Terms

Your use of the App through the Google Play Store is also governed by Google's Google Play Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between those terms and these Terms, Google Play's terms shall prevail.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 App Code & Design

The Filesflix application, including its code, design, user interface, icons, and branding, is the intellectual property of Filesflix. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

4.2 Wallpaper Content

All wallpaper images served through the App are either original works created by or for Filesflix, or are properly licensed from their respective rights holders. You may:

• Download wallpapers for personal, non-commercial use as your own device wallpaper
• Share wallpapers using the in-app Share feature, which includes attribution

You may NOT:

• Use any wallpaper image for commercial purposes, advertising, or resale
• Remove watermarks or attribution from images
• Redistribute wallpaper images through other apps, websites, or services
• Claim ownership of any wallpaper image

4.3 DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe any content in the App infringes your copyright, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page with: (i) a description of the work, (ii) its location in the App, (iii) your contact information, and (iv) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised. We will investigate and respond within 14 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to extract, scrape, or bulk-download wallpaper images from our servers
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or any harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or systems
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity

6. Android Wallpaper Setting Feature

Filesflix uses Android's SET_WALLPAPER permission and a Foreground Service to apply wallpapers to your device. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• The app will display a notification while the wallpaper-setting process is running
• The wallpaper setting process runs briefly in the foreground and terminates automatically
• You can cancel the process at any time from the notification
• Filesflix is not responsible for any device issues caused by setting a wallpaper

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy (Android), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Filesflix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage, arising from your use of the App.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the App or its content. Wallpaper availability may change without notice.

9. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Filesflix is operated. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
